I am a solution-driven professional with a strong foundation in change management, process improvement, ERP systems and executive level administrative operations. I bring 10 years of experience working in operations across the manufacturing and dietary supplement industries, along with recent experience in the financial sector.

I thrive on understanding how systems work and bringing a human touch to every client interaction. Previously, as a Senior Operations Consultant at Equitable Advisors, LLC, I provided administrative support to senior leaders, managed office operations and worked closely with management to onboard advisors and streamline their journey.  In my role as a Client Services Specialist, I now focus on guiding clients through the financial paperwork processes, ensuring their needs are met and aligned with their goals.
